Possibly Victorian - circa 1880/1890 - this lovely religious embroidery is framed and has some gentle age wear. The lettering is just amazing and the colours and detail are still vibrant.
We think it somehow looks as if it were created recently and would look cool on a gallery wall or above a bed!
