From the 1800’s - this Antique Anchovy paste pot lid is a dug piece so has plenty of character. It reads ‘Burgess’s Genuine, Anchovy Paste for Toast Biscuit’. We love these pot lids and think they make great styling pieces. This one has some great patina and age stained colour, it’s also in great condition with no chips or cracks.
