This amazing Antique word game by renowned game makers ‘Jaques’ is a rare find. The alphabet example was produced under their name of J Jaques & Son London - before they adopted 'Ltd' and so this particular example dates it to before 1890.
The box measures 15.x.10.5 x 6 cms and contains roughly 150 card pieces with letters of the alphabet. The card pieces have been used but are in good condition for age and the box is in excellent condition for age. Can still be played with or used for prop styling.
