A beautiful set of Antique hand carved and painted wooden swallows, light and delicate - these were possibly used as decorative attachments on a piece of furniture as they have pins in the back but could be adjusted to hang on the wall. They have black glass eyes and the paintwork is in excellent condition.
Condition details: They have suffered some small damage which is shown in the photos. This set is made up of three swallows, one large and two small. The large swallow has his top wing missing, and the two little swallows have the tips of their wings missing. This shouldn’t effect the use of them at all and they would still make beautiful display pieces for a printers tray or to prop up above a mantle.
