Vintage Horse Shoe Trio Brass
With some lovely patina, this trio of horse shoes is a lovely horse brass example.
Horse brasses are small plaques which were used for the decoration of horse harness gear, especially for shire and parade horses. They became especially popular in England from the mid-19th century until their general decline alongside the use of the draft horse, but remain a collectors item today.
We think they look great hung on a wall or fireplace and this particular brass represents luck and good fortune when hung above a door.
